Message From The Founder
Hi, I’m Rizwana, the Founder/Owner of British Preschool Limited. I am proud to offer over 20 years of experience in childcare. I have worked my way up within Montessories, day nurseries and preschools in UK. I am a qualified AMI Montessori teacher. I also hold a Degree in ‘Working with Children and Young People’ as well as a BA Hons for ‘Working in Integrated Services for Children and Young People’ from the UK. Currently I am working as an Early Years Education Inspector and as a Consultant in the UK.
I am so excited to share my knowledge and experience with my motherland. The aim of opening a preschool in Sri Lanka is to give the children the opportunity to learn and grow in a setting that is similar to a setting in the UK, using British teaching methods, resources, policies and practices. My desire is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children which encourages their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development as every child matters.
